House was amazing, access to everything was perfect!Definitely going back!

I stayed here with my family for my mother-in-law birthday. The fact that you have your own beach access is huge. It's all depends on what you are looking for. We wanted less people and quiet. It was just that. Positive things Electric 6 person cart, kayak, paddle-board, everything you would need to go to the beach including beach chairs coolers beach shoes etc. was a huge plus. Location to the beach was just what we were looking for. The small details that was included, coffee pods, snacks, water, wine. A few things we did suggest for possible furniture add on was or improvement were :There is no outdoor TV to watch sports when you spend all day at the pool/beach. We wanted to watch a football game but we all had to go up and be inside for it. They do have huge wall space for it if they really want to add to the experience. Pool itself needs some fixing as some of the tiles were broken off and needed some updating to it. We ere getting eaten by the mosquitoes outside maybe install a ceiling fan for the outside pool area to help with that. These are just things that we noticed by spending all of our time outside. I'm sure if people are only by the pool for a few hours they won't mind. But we spent a lot of our time by the pool. They did think of everything other than that. We would absolutely book it again.

This house was clean, check in was easy, and it was beautiful. The house is remarkably detailed in layout and design and comfortably fit eight adults for three nights. The water out front is shallow and perfect for swimming - where was saw numerous manatees and dolphins. The house included coolers, bikes, golf cart, and all of the other amenities needed to enjoy. We were also very close to Pine Ave and the local shopping and restaurants. Would love to go again!

We had three adult couples staying for our short trip. The house was beautiful and very well maintained. As stated in some of the other reviews, the pictures of the beach access were a tad misleading. There is a large concrete barrier to climb over with not a whole lot of sand area to sit by the water remaining. It didn't change my overall opinion on the property. We still loved the trip and will be recommending to anyone looking to stay in the area. The owner was extremly responsive and such a great help to the few question I had. Loved the property and will definitely stay again!
